We are pleased to present DEMO 1.5, which has turned into a small “pre-story” update laying the foundations for future global content.
In the new version, you can expect:
• fixes for a large number of bugs
• mod optimisation and faster loading times
• a fix for the “second event” bug
• new interface interaction sounds
• new original music
• leaders for all German states
• new states and redrawn borders in Asia
• a system of “national” provinces
• new emerging states
• replacement of religions with “Spheres of Influence”
• completely new ideologies
• new European events that react to player actions
• new localisations (Polish, Turkish and Belarusian)
This is setting the stage before the grand show begins.
It is upon this foundation that the first global story update will be built.
And so… this is still a DEMO.

Crown of Emperors — a large-scale alternate history mod for Age of Histor*, which transports you to the world of 1834, where Napoleon emerged victorious and changed the course of world history.
Following the War of the Fifth Coalition, France and Russia reach an agreement on the partition of the Austrian Empire. The Habsburg state suffers its final collapse, and Europe enters a new era of imperial compromises and covert struggles.
Whilst the continent is being redrawn, the war in the Pyrenees drags on for years. Eventually, Great Britain is so exhausted that it is forced to sign a humiliating ‘Perpetual Peace’ with France.
The Old World is dying.
The New World has not yet been born.
Empires stand at the height of their power. Nations are awakening. Revolutions are brewing. Alliances are cracking.
Every throne has its price.
