This is a quick fix until the proper beautification mods catch up.
Newly spawned NPCs now have an appearance floor of 400 Charm, so no more distorted faces or unfortunate blemishes ruining your immersion.
Only works on new games since that’s when characters are generated.
Under the hood, the mod raises the NPC appearance floor to 400 Charm, ensuring no one spawns below a presentable baseline while keeping natural variation intact above that threshold.
Start a new game to see the effect.
Existing saves are unaffected, as NPC appearances are baked in at world generation.
