19WE is 4-car polish EMU, and the first fully new Newag multiple unit.
20WE is 6-car prototype EMU. There are only 4 19WE units in use for SKM Warszawa.

V-max: 130km/h
Liveries: Manufacturer, SKM Warszawa
Used for commuter and regional lines.
