The mod load order is shown in the preview images—please follow it strictly! Compatible with most other Edge Apostle Submods as long as those mods are loaded after the Stronger Officer 1 Submod.
This mod aims to provide an extremely challenging strategic confrontation experience. All content is purely fictional and does not involve real-world historical commentary or glorify war. The sole purpose of this creation is to expand the depth and breadth of gameplay.
This mod is designed to introduce a truly equal and ultimate adversary for The Steadfast Apostle. She is not an ordinary enemy, but an enemy officer who venerates the same great power as you—"The Colonel."
Core Concept: To create a closely matched WWII commander simulation contest under the veil of the occult. You will no longer explore, grow, and conquer unilaterally. Instead, you must struggle to achieve victory under the constant pressure of an opponent deeply versed in the ways of "The Colonel," whose tactics are endlessly unfolding.
Mandatory Prerequisite: All core content of this mod is bound to the starting cards or unique aspects of Apostle Obdurant. This means that if the Exile DLC is not enabled, the relevant cards and actions will never appear or take effect in the game.
Difficulty Implementation: By setting high-level aspect requirements, designing resource-intensive counter-formation recipes, and adding "failure penalty" consequence chains to the officer’s offensives, we ensure the entire game remains under high pressure.

本Mod旨在为“坚毅使徒”引入一位与之完全对等的终极对手。她不是普通的敌人，而是一位与你信奉同一伟力——“上校”的敌军军官。
核心理念： 打造一场在神秘学帷幕下的、旗鼓相当的二战指挥官模拟对抗。你将不再是单方面地探索、成长和征服，而是需要在一位深谙“上校”之道、战术层出不穷的对手持续压力下，艰难地取得胜利。
强制唯一前置：本Mod的所有核心内容，其触发条件都与“坚毅使徒”职业的起始卡牌或独有性相进行绑定。这意味着如果未启用《坚毅使徒》DLC，相关卡牌和行动将永远不会在游戏中出现或生效。
难度实现：通过设置高等级的性相需求、设计资源消耗巨大的反制配方、以及为军官的攻势添加“失败惩罚”后果链，来保证游戏全程处于高压状态。
