Wandering XP from Wandering – XP Gain Halved

This is just an edit to the mod that takes the XP gain from 10 extra per province traveled through down to 5 extra. So this mod gives a total of 10, and the original mod gives a total of 15, as Paradox recently set 5 as the base value. If you run no mods, you will get 5 XP per province traveled through.
I felt 15 was too much, as it wasn’t uncommon for me to be able to finish 2 or more branches in one lifetime without ever needing to switch to the Wandering lifestyle.
Should be compatible with everything, will not mess up current saves.
