Evil Neuro’s Swarm Empire
Hint 1: This mod requires the Gathering Storm expansion to run properly, and it is highly recommended to have all DLC content to avoid unnecessary bugs.
Hint 2: This mod requires the Extensive WMD mod as a prerequisite.
Hint 3: When this mod is installed together with the Neuro-Sama and It’s Swarm Empire, some text will change slightly to show the difference. In addition, Evil’s agenda will include special agenda content for the two leaders of that mod – see the "Agenda" section below for details.

Evil Neuro cannot surrender in a losing war – only victory ensures survival. She remains wary of militarily powerful civilizations but will try to avoid conflict with them.

1.The "Convert Barbarians" ability of the Swarm Drone is missing – likely a UI issue caused by a prerequisite mod.
2.The "Group Combat" promotion of the Swarm Drone is nearly useless due to hard‑coded mechanics for support units (they die upon any attack). However, AI ranged units may still attack the Swarm Drone and deal non‑lethal damage. Furthermore, when stacked with other military units, the Swarm Drone will still be prioritized as the damaged unit. If the "Transcendent Flight" promotion is active, two outcomes are possible when an AI melee unit attacks: ① the AI unit dies, the Drone loses 99 HP; ② the Drone dies, the AI unit remains on the tile and loses 99 HP (because the attacked tile also contains a stacked military unit, preventing the AI unit from stacking on its own).
3.If you cancel while selecting the ammunition type for the two unique units that can launch the Harpoon, the launch button will disappear. Also, the attack targeting interface cannot be canceled with right‑click. Both issues can be resolved by switching units. Launching a Harpoon into the fog of war will not show an explosion effect, but the launch is still successful and takes effect.
4.The effect bonus of the "Hell Echo" ability during an Unjust War needs verification. (The Builder bonus is modeled after the Aztec ability, but the author hasn’t used it extensively and isn’t certain whether it works correctly.)
5.The defensive combat bonus from the Steel Pipe Mill needs verification.
6.The Faith bonus from the Inflatable Castle needs verification due to implementation issues.
7.The AI may not use the Harpoon, and likewise may not treat the Swarm Drone as an attackable military unit – not yet verified. (To prevent the AI from spamming unique units, production tendencies were deliberately omitted.)
8.There is a very low chance of BGM playback issues (specifically, after the leader screen BGM finishes, the world background music may not play, or may play a BGM from the wrong era, causing overlapping music – observed only once).
1.Localization into other languages (including English – the English descriptions and text may contain machine translation and inappropriate expressions).
2.Art for era scores.
3.Help with the "Known Issues".
