Soothsayers have a 50% reduced purchase cost, +2 Movement, and ignore terrain movement penalties. The first time each Soothsayer triggers a disaster, it additionally triggers a maximum severity disaster (Blizzards, Volcanic Eruptions, Hurricanes, Dust Storms, or Floods). Once the world enters the Medieval Era, the additional disaster is fixed as a Comet Strike.
INDEX://SANCTUM/FIDES Sanctuary of Faith
Index’s cities are immune to Building, District, and Population loss from natural disasters. All of Index’s units are immune to unit damage from Solar Flares.
Unique Unit: Witch-Hunting King
Replaces the Giant Death Robot. Has higher Combat Strength and Maintenance. Requires no Strategic Resources to maintain, consumes 25 Uranium to build, and has higher base Movement. Upon completion of training, it is automatically equipped with the Giant Death Robot’s Particle Siege Cannon and Jump modules.
Unique District: Bathhouse
Replaces the Aqueduct. Provides an additional +2 Housing and +2 Amenities on top of the Aqueduct’s standard yields, and grants +2 Great Scientist points, +2 Great Engineer points, and +3 Great Prophet points. Great Prophets can Found a Religion in the Bathhouse.
Civilization Ability: Necessary Evil
Inquisitors have 2 additional charges for "Remove Heresy". +0.5 Gold per Population.
Shepherd of Eden
-75% CO2 emissions generated by the Index civilization. Index cities gain +1 Production per Population, up to a maximum of +10.

+1 Faith to all tiles across your empire.

An unofficial enhancement patch for the "Church of England: Index and Laura Stuart" mod. This patch must be used alongside the original mod and is specifically designed for the "Gathering Storm" DLC. It is highly recommended to play in "Apocalypse" mode to experience the Soothsayer disaster mechanics, and the "Heroes & Legends" game mode must be enabled to use the Hero abilities.
