Hololive – Minato Aqua’s Aqua Crew
Adds the clumsy gamer maid Minato Aqua, along with her Aqua Crew as a playable civilization. Play defensively and surprise enemy armies, as you make use of the Production bonus to build Wonders or a large navy.
UA: Hololive Resistance – During war, Naval Units are trained faster and receive bonus XP for each enemy Unit within two tiles of a city. +1 Production from Sea Resources in cities containing a World Wonder.
UU: NEEEEE-Class – Replaces the Submarine. For each level up, this unit may receive a random promotion after it’s first combat, up to three times.
UB: Akukin Construction Base – Replaces the Harbor. Allows Airlifting when the city is garrisoned by a Naval Unit. If a city with a Akukin Construction Base contains a World Wonder, newly trained non-Air units receive a Combat Strength bonus against Naval Units.
