UU: Rakugoka – Replaces the Great Writer. Can create unique Great Works that provide +1 Happiness when slotted and may sometimes reveal sources of the Bonus Resource, Maitake, which helps boost Culture.
UB: Koza – Replaces the Opera House. Temporarily increases the city’s Science generation upon the birth of a Cultural Great Person. Has 2 slots for Great Works of Writing.
