Itemization Overhaul – Core

Turn every weapon and piece of apparel into a loot drop with its own personality — a rarity tier, a hand of random affixes, the occasional aura, and rare twists like ethereal translucency, corruption, and consecrated relics. It layers on top of vanilla quality (which is hidden), so it works automatically with modded gear too.
- Four loot tiers — White, Legendary, Ancestral, and the ultra-rare Relic, each with its own ornate frame and affix budget.
- Per-instance affixes — flat bonuses to any stat or skill, drawn from everything loaded in your game (modded stats included).
- Greater ★ and Artifact ✦ ranks — ×1.2 and ×1.5 potency; Artifact pushes skill affixes a full step past the normal cap.
- Base-stat variance — every item rolls ±15% on its own armor or damage, so two identical items are never quite the same.
- Auras — 10 battlefield auras (plus 3 corruption-only elemental auras) with glowing motes that radiate from the bearer.
- Special modifiers — Ethereal (+50% stats, can’t be repaired) and Indestructible (never wears out).
- Corruption — gamble an item for one of ~60 unique named effects that can never be rolled naturally.
- Relics & faction grudges — the rarest items are coveted by factions who will come to reclaim them.
- True ideology relics — every relic an ideoligion venerates is a real Relic-tier item, listed on its faction’s ideoligion page.
- The Relic Heist — a questline to steal another faction’s sacred relic from a guarded shrine… if you dare face the fallout.
- The Cleansing endgame — a full ideoligion ritual ceremony at the Luminary Cube that reforges a corrupted item into a bonded ideology relic with a double-edged blessing.
- The Luminary Cube — a crafting station to re-roll, upgrade, graft, corrupt, and recycle your gear.
- Skill-scaled crafting — a master smith or tailor makes better loot, with a rare shot at a Relic-tier craft.

- White — 1–3 affixes. The common drop.
- Legendary — 2–4 affixes, gold frame.
- Ancestral — 3–5 affixes; can roll Greater affixes.
- Relic — the rarest roll: always 7 affixes, Artifact-capable, wrapped in a rose frame.

Affixes come in stat, skill, all-skills, and Isekai-stat flavors, and higher tiers favor a curated pool of impactful stats. Every numeric affix shows the range it could have rolled — toggle ranges on the inspect card, or read them in the Luminary Cube. Greater ★ affixes carry ×1.2 potency (natural on Ancestral & Relic); Artifact ✦ affixes carry ×1.5 and appear only on Relics, pushing +Skill to 6, +All-Skills to 5, and +Isekai to 6.

A rare special affix that emits a constant effect and a halo of floating motes. Defensive auras buff the wearer — Vigor (move), Defiance (armor), Might (melee), Prayer (healing), and more — while the Holy auras pulse fire, frost, or lightning at nearby enemies. Three overwhelming elemental auras — Wildfire, Blizzard, and Thunderstorm — exist only through corruption.
Corrupting an item seals in exactly one unique, named effect that can never be rolled naturally — oversized stat bonuses, the special elemental auras, or one of 12 relic powers like cleave, life-steal, and thorns. The price: corruption is permanent and the item can never be modified again… unless you Cleanse it.
A Relic-tier item may be a faction’s sacred relic — worth a fortune and +50% to all stats — but its owners turn hostile and send raids to reclaim it. Keep it and fight, or return it for peace (and a grumbling colony). Every faction relic appears on its faction’s ideoligion page under its generated name, and pawns only ever spawn carrying their own ideology’s relic, rarely.
And the integration runs deep: every relic an ideoligion venerates is a true Relic-tier item — 7 affixes, Artifact-capable, named after its precept. That includes the relics from the vanilla relic-hunt questline, so recovering your own ideology’s relic now nets you a genuinely legendary artifact.
A rare quest mirrors the relic hunt — in reverse. An informant sells you the location of another faction’s sacred relic, resting in an ancient shrine behind waking security. Slip in before the guardians stir — or fight through them — and the relic is yours.

Only a corrupted item can be Cleansed. The ritual consumes ultra-rare Holy Water, bonds the item to a chosen colonist, and reforges it into a relic of your own ideology — granting one of 12 double-edged blessings:
- Bloodforged — +60% melee damage • item weight ×2
- Spectral — Ethereal +50% & an uncapped affix overcharge, self-repairing • −50% item HP
- Idiot Savant — +4 passion skills • −4 non-passion skills
- Juggernaut — +50% Sharp/Blunt armor • −60% move speed
- Glass Cannon — +50% melee damage • +35% damage taken
- Quicksilver — +80% move, +50% work • +60% hunger & rest rate
- Berserker — +40% melee damage, +30% hit • −60% shooting accuracy
- Marksman — +30% shooting accuracy, faster aim • −40% melee damage
- Stoneskin — −25% damage taken, +35% pain tolerance • −35% move speed
- Featherweight — +60 carry, +30% work • −40% Sharp/Blunt armor
- Sanctified — +50% immunity gain, +30% tend quality • +50% hunger rate
- Daredevil — +35% move, +25% dodge • +40% damage taken

Build the Luminary Cube to reshape your loot: re-roll affixes (a real gamble), upgrade to Greater/Artifact, add affixes or auras, graft an affix from one item to another, make an item Indestructible, or corrupt it. Recycle unwanted gear into tier scrap, Relic Dust, and Tempers.
- Works automatically with modded weapons, apparel, and stats — no patches needed.
- Optional integration with Isekai Leveling (adds Isekai-stat affixes).
- Endless-growth friendly — skill levels above 20 keep improving your crafted loot.
- Vanilla quality is hidden and replaced; persona/bladelink weapons are handled by the relic system.
