New Leader: Djeeta

This mod adds a new civilization: Grandcypher, and a new leader: Djeeta.

Leader Ability: A Skyfarer Girl Dreaming of Sky Adventures
When founding a city, if Djeeta is not already in the game, you may choose Djeeta or Djeeta (Warlock) as a unique unit to join the game.
Use the unique panel to allocate ability points for Djeeta, gaining various bonuses.
When Djeeta is in the city center, she can consume Stamina to boost city production. When Djeeta is on an unowned tile and all adjacent tiles are also unowned, she can consume Stamina to establish an Outpost city.
When adjacent to non‑friendly units, Djeeta can perform Lobbying to trigger certain effects.
Civilization Ability: World of Skies
Eurekas and Inspirations are boosted to 60%. Each time you defeat a unit, gain Science and Culture equal to 5% of your current Science and Culture output.
Cannot produce Settlers. All cities have 100% Loyalty. Improvements adjacent to the City Center gain +1 Food, +1 Production. Districts gain an extra +1 Production adjacency. The City Center gains an additional +4 Gold.
Unique Unit: Airship
Unique support unit of Grandcypher. Unlocked with Astronomy. No combat ability.
Grants itself and any unit on the same tile the ability to ignore terrain, rivers, and zone‑of‑control movement penalties. Can escort civilian units using its own movement.
When Djeeta triggers a tribal village reward, if your civilization has not yet produced an Airship, you immediately receive one Airship.
