Description:

Civilization: Liyue

Leader: Zhongli
Leader Ability: Rex Lapis

Zhongli possesses three Aspects: ‘God of Stone and Gold,’ ‘Martial God of Liyue,’ and ‘Protector of Contracts,’ which can be switched through projects in the Capital. When he first appears, he begins as the ‘Martial God of Liyue.’

Leader: Zibai
Leader Ability: God of Langgan’s Harvest

Provides 2 Wildcard slots for all governments. At the start of the game, unlocks the ‘Animal Husbandry’, ‘Pottery’, and ‘Mining’ technologies. Grants the Eurekas for all Ancient and Classical era technologies and the Inspirations for all Ancient and Classical era civics. Improving a Farm triggers a Culture Bomb. All improvements grant +2 Food, +1 Production, and +1 Gold. If the resource is a Bonus resource, an additional +2 Food and +2 Faith. If the resource is a Luxury resource, an additional +2 Culture and +4 Gold. If the resource is a Strategic resource, an additional +2 Production and +2 Science. If the civilization is not in a Golden Age, Builders gain +3 Movement. If in a Golden Age, Builders gain +3 charges. All enemy units within 15 tiles of any city suffer -1 Movement (stacks up to 5 times).

Leader: Xianyun
Leader Ability: Cloud Retainer

Provides 1 Economic slot and 1 Wildcard slot for all governments. Unlocks the ‘Masonry’ technology at the start of the game. All Wonders gain +4 to all yields. Whenever a Wonder is completed, immediately gain Science, Culture, and Gold equal to 50% of its Production cost, and advance the progress of all other Wonders currently under construction by 20%. Wonder construction speed +30%, doubled if the city has a Governor established. Builders can expend a charge to provide 30% of a Wonder’s construction progress. When establishing a Trade Route, each Wonder in the origin city (even if incomplete) grants the Trade Route +2 Culture, +2 Production, and +3 Gold. Can purchase civilian units with Faith.

Leader: Ningguang
Leader Ability: Tianquan of the Qixing

Provides 1 Diplomatic slot and 1 Wildcard slot for all governments. Unlocks the ‘Currency’ technology at the start of the game. All cities gain +15% Gold, doubled if the city has a Governor established. All Trade Routes grant +7 Gold per tile traveled. In cities with a Commercial Hub, enemy Spies operate at 1 level lower, and Gold can be used to purchase Production. In cities with a Harbor, purchasing Traders costs 50% less, and for every seven Traders purchased, gain 2 Trade Route capacity. Each tier of building in the Commercial Hub and Harbor grants Trade Routes +10% Gold.

Leader: Xiao
Leader Ability: Vigilant Yaksha

Provides 1 Military slot and 1 Wildcard slot for all governments. Unlocks the ‘Astrology’ technology at the start of the game. All military units gain +15 Combat Strength when fighting Barbarians, and have a high chance (80%) to convert defeated Barbarians into Builders. Cities with an Encampment can purchase military units with Faith. If the Grand Master’s Chapel is present, -50% Faith cost and strategic resource cost. In cities with a Governor established, newly trained and purchased units can act immediately on that turn and gain +3 Movement. In cities with both an Encampment and a Governor, newly trained military units gain one additional promotion level. Military unit promotions do not end the unit’s turn. Each tier of building in the Encampment grants Trade Routes +5 Production.


Civilization Ability: Land Protected by the Adepti

When you select a Liyue leader, the other four leaders appear as unique Governors. Tiles adjacent to a river gain +1 Food and +1 Faith. After unlocking the ‘Wheel’ technology, Hills tiles gain +2 Science and +2 Culture. Cities founded on Plains have their districts receive standard adjacency bonuses from adjacent flat terrain. Cities founded on Hills receive +50% Production toward districts. If a city has a Governor, its infrastructure and districts are immune to natural disaster damage. Eurekas and Inspirations provide 65% of the required progress, and Builders gain +1 charge and +1 Movement. Upon unlocking the ‘Code of Laws’ civic, gain 5 Governor titles. Unlocks the unique currency ‘Mora,’ which can be used to purchase items.

Unique District: Golden House

A Liyue unique district that replaces the Commercial Hub. Cheaper to build and does not occupy a district slot. +50 Mora. Each Commercial Hub building in this city grants +10% Mora. +4 Gold and +2 Faith from each adjacent luxury resource. This city may use Gold to purchase districts. Unlocks 3 unique projects.

Unique District: Yujing Terrace

A Liyue unique district that replaces the Harbor. Cheaper to build. +50 strategic resource stockpile cap. +30 Mora. Each outgoing Trade Route from this city grants +10% Mora. +2 Culture and +2 Gold from each adjacent resource. International Trade Routes from this city receive +2 Food and +2 Faith per bonus resource, +2 Culture and +6 Gold per luxury resource, and +2 Production and +2 Science per strategic resource in this city. Upon completing the district and all its buildings, grants +2 Trade Route capacity and 2 Traders.

Unique District: Millelith Barracks

A Liyue unique district that replaces the Encampment. Cheaper to build. When this city trains or purchases a military unit, gain Mora equal to 50% of its Production cost. This district and its buildings grant +1 Production and +1 Food to all tiles in this city, with an additional +1 Production and +1 Faith on Hills tiles. City with this district cannot be put under siege. All military units within 4 tiles of this city gain +5 Combat Strength, with anti-cavalry units gaining an additional +10.

Unique Building: Statue of The Seven: Geo

A Liyue unique building that replaces the Monument. Cheaper to build. +16 Loyalty per turn in this city. +1 Culture, +3 Gold, and +5 Mora per turn if this city is at full Loyalty. Grants "Blessing of Geo" to all military units within 6 tiles of this city (max 10 stacks). Blessing of Geo: +5 Combat Strength when defending. Effect doubled on Hills.

Unique Unit: Millelith

A Liyue unique anti-cavalry unit that can only be purchased with Mora. +20 Combat Strength when defending per era that has passed. +5 Combat Strength and +3 Movement when on Hills. When killed, this unit retains 1 HP and returns to the nearest City Center.

Unique Unit: Traveler

A unique unit with a unique promotion tree. When killed, this unit retains 1 HP and returns to the nearest City Center. +7 Combat Strength per era that has passed. Gain 3 Envoys upon each promotion. If the Traveler is lost, it can be reacquired through the ‘Approaching Stellar Guest’ project.

Mora System

Earn Mora per turn through unique districts, and spend it at the Mora Store on items such as units, Production boosts, Gold per turn, Builders, Trade Route capacity, and more. Certain items are exclusive to specific leaders.

Zhongli Form Switching

Zhongli can freely switch between three forms: God of Stone and Gold (Economic), Martial God of Liyue (Military), and Protector of Contracts (Diplomatic), each providing different government policy slots and global bonuses.
