OPERATIONAL BACKGROUND

Boscali Federal Counter Insurgency Bureau (FCIB)

vs

New Apostles of the Covenant Restoration Church (New Apostle’s Church)
Boscali National Liberation Front (BNLF)

Isla Buang in the far south from the Davao Gulf was a former British colony prized for its poor weather and general depressing atmosphere which made it the perfect candidate and thus perfect colony for the British in 1781. It was absorbed by the Philippines on the 4 of July 1946, 86 years prior to the formation of the Boscali Federation. The Island was marred by a history of instability, insurgency and a history of little to no foreign or domestic investment. History has not been kind to the island as it has also had a lot of trouble with establishing a tourist economy due to the aforementioned factors. However it was not anticipated that a christian sect known as the New Apostles of the Covenant Restoration Church (New Apostles Church) would form on the island .

“Icarus” Dako-Gösta Pasatiempo Auténtico

Was born in Masbate in 1991 but moved to Isla Buang in 2015 7 years after meeting 5 evangelical missionaries from the united states in the april of 2008 as recounted by his estranged brother Mikael-Gunnar P. Auténtico.

From the words of Dako-Gösta it can be surmised that he and his followers believe that Isla Buang is the new promised land which he claims was revealed to him in his visions, and that such promised land is to be the only refuge on earth that can protect him and his followers from the “great tribulation”. Over the years the Church had grown a large network of church owned businesses & a member of their church as a political representative on the island often at odds with its opposition.
It is to be noted that the group currently has multiple open investigations against them opened by the local state government of Kepalauan Sudeste involving issues such as human trafficking, confiscation of passports, labour exploitation, multiple forms of abuse, however due to the tight knit and closed off nature of their operations on the island, inquiries and investigations from journalists have largely been very difficult and drought off by aggressive private security.

The Kars for Aufstand Scandal

Recent extraterritorial investigations from the Boscali Federal Oversight and Continuity Bureau (FOCB) have uncovered a fraudulent scheme in the united states that using a non profit registered as Kars for Aufstand with a hidden link to the controversial Julius Caesar’s used Automobiles dealership crushing donated & quote “low margin” cars to quote “control the market supply” and for the purpose of acting as a money laundering front connected to the BNLF and the New Apostle’s Church

The just cause

We believe this evidence is quite striking considering the 2 groups are almost always at odds with each other, and most definitely not on friendly terms, Banco Recto has agreed to cooperate and provided us with documentation of recent legitimate but highly suspicious international transfer of €5,000,000 wired from a benign account in California spread across various accounts in the southern Mindanao region. The same day conversion of the funds into Boscali Dollars left a highly suspicious paper trail in the Central Bank Digital Currency Database, triggered by an automated integrity-check protocol that flagged the anomalous crossborder volume and initiated a proportional disclosure review by Banco Recto, consistent with Boscali Standard anti money laundering mandates for high value suspicious activity. We have a highly justifiable reason to suspect the fraudulent car crushing scheme may be purposely bankrolling regional instability and alleged human rights abuses towards Boscali citizens and foreign nationals on the island, we believe now is the time to strike, with what limited evidence we have regarding the accusations against the church, we believe this highly suspicious funding connection is the best piece of evidence we have for us to finally get the necessary warrants to stop the abuse.
