Shimakaze’s abilities闂?
Gains unique unit shimakaze at the beginning of game, unit shimakaze can spams torpedo like you did in WoWs. When establishing city on island, this city gains +1 food, science, culture and +2 production on every city tiles.

Night Battle: when loading save or start a turn during night (from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on the next day), all units +10 combat

Destroyer Leader: all naval melee units +15 combat and +3 movement
