Badass Tracer & Muzzleflash: fixed and optimized
here is a fixed version of one of my most fav mods
-fixes common crashes with weapons that use the stock hl2 base and tfa base in multiplayer by partially disabling the effect or disabling it entirely for certain weapons that could cause crashes
-optimized the effects and dynamic lights
