This addon adds the iconic Metal Gear Solid alert (!) above hostile NPCs!

When a hostile NPC spots you, the classic exclamation mark appears along with the authentic alert sound, making your stealth experience way more immersive.

This addon also slightly improves NPC awareness by syncing the alert with their enemy detection.
