Better AI Edu. + Inf. Wards for CK3 1.17 + 1.18

This is an earlier version of my Better AI Education + Infinite Wards mod, that is compatible with CK3 1.17 and 1.18.
It is a combination of 2 of my favourite mods. It merges the following mods into one:
- Infinite Wards (AI applicabled) mod, first made by Blackship
- Better AI Education mod, originally made by pthfndr1
I just made some small changes and edits!!
Credits goes to both authors for making these awesome mods to start with, as I only updated and improved upon them.
As this version of the mod has been working without any issues so far, it will only be updated in case of a severe issue.
This mod improves the routines, by which the AI is selecting guardians and introduces a yearly action to check education focus of any AI who has a martial focus and shouldn’t, if necessary it will be changed.
Furthermore, it adds the direct vassals of the played ruler to the list of selectable guardians and removes the limit for wards to educate.
Every other mod, that also modifies the files listed here, is incompatible!
