Unique replacement for the Ferris Wheel. Available earlier and costs less to build.

Grants the city an additional +2 Amenities, +5 Power, and +5 Science.

UD: Summer Seaside Resort

Unique replacement for the Water Park. Unlocked with the Civil Service civic.

Cheaper to build. Provides standard adjacency bonuses to all specialty districts and does not require population to construct.

Upon completion, all tiles in your civilization gain +1 Appeal.

UU: Festival Normalization Committee Member

Unique replacement for the Warrior. Requires more Production to build, has higher Combat Strength, and can be purchased with Faith.
