Diaspora Cultures (Only Different Heritage)
This is a modified version from the mod "Diaspora Cultures" by Caracus (all credits goes to him).

I made some changes so that the mod only converts pops into a diaspora culture if they don’t share a heritage trait with any primary culture, while also disabling assimilation across heritages.
What happens now is that the cultural gameplay becomes more realistic (for me, at least), cultures from different heritages can’t just assimilate into each other but can be assimilated into a diaspora that shares language trait group with the primary culture of a nation.
The way the script works makes so cultures in homeland are always protected, but any outside it can be assimilated into a diaspora (for exemple, afro americans migrating outside of their homeland to california and being turned into african diaspora), I don’t think it’s impossible to place some restrictions around these issues but I would need to do these one by one for each nation affected (USA, Brazil, and others that have the same cultural dynamic), but outside these issues the mod works wonders.
