Additional City Projects adds a set of long-running city projects focused on control, defense, and internal development rather than one-time completion rewards.

These projects are designed to feel close to vanilla Civ VI while giving cities more active choices during war, loyalty pressure, border growth, and religious conflict. Most effects only apply while the project is actively being produced, so you can start and stop them as needed.

Included projects:

Evacuate City {City Center}: Stops city growth, reduces population by 1 each turn, transfers 1 population to the nearest city (Player/Free/State) for every 3 population lost, and destroys the city if it reaches 1 population and evacuation continues.

Martial Law {City Center}: Grants +10 Loyalty per turn and -10% Growth while active.

Religious Cleansing {Holy Site}: If you have founded a religion, the city adds 30 religious pressure each turn toward your founded religion while active.

Expanding the Lands {Theater Square}: Grants +50% border growth while active.

Brace for Siege {Encampment}: Grants a defensive strength bonus while active, scaling by era. + (6/12/18/24)
