Description:

The Frontline turns land warfare into a real struggle for territory.

Instead of fighting around static borders, your armies can actively push the front forward as they advance. During war, non-recon land units can seize enemy land tiles by attacking or occupying them, making every breakthrough feel visible on the map.

A successful push can do more than just take a few tiles. If enemy territory is cut off from the rest of their land, isolated pockets may collapse to the attacking side, rewarding flanking, pressure, and decisive advances.

What this mod does
– Non-recon land units can claim enemy land tiles they attack or occupy during war.
– Breakthroughs can cut off sections of enemy territory from their main land.
– Isolated land pockets may collapse once they are separated.
– City Centers and Districts are not captured by this system and still must be taken normally.
– Captured tiles are assigned to the nearest city of the attacker.
– Improvements on transferred land continue working for the new owner.

What to expect
– More dynamic front lines
– Wars that reshape borders as armies move
– Greater rewards for flanking and territorial breakthroughs
– A stronger focus on positioning, pressure, and momentum

This mod is for players who want wars to feel less static and more like a true campaign, where pushing the line and cutting off enemy territory matters just as much as taking cities.
