Hint 1: This mod requires the Neuro-Sama and It’s Swarm Empire mod as a prerequisite.
Hint 2: When this mod is installed together with the Evil Neuro’s Swarm Empire, some content (such as leader portraits) will change slightly. In addition, special agenda content regarding Evil will be added to Neuro and Vedal’s agendas – see the "Agenda" section below for details. This mod is not a mandatory prerequisite; you may choose to use it or not.

Currently supported languages: Simplified Chinese, English
The English translation may contain some machine translation / inaccuracies. If found, please refer to the Simplified Chinese version and report the translation issues. Many thanks!

This mod includes BGM. See the end of this text for the music list. If there are any copyright issues concerning music or art, please contact me immediately!

New Content

Agenda

Neuro gains a large amount of positive relationship with Evil and Vedal unconditionally. Vedal gains a small amount of positive relationship with the other two leaders unconditionally.

Religion

Adds "Vedalism", with Neuro as a follower.

Text

Fixes missing Civilopedia entries for Vedal from the original mod. Also adds world‑building text consistent with the "Evil Mod" (this text is not a simple copy from wiki or other websites, but rather a civilization story written based on existing past experiences).

Voice and Music

Adds voice lines for both leaders and leader background music. (See music list at the end)

Graphics

When both the Neuro‑Sama mod and the Evil Neuro mod are active, leader portraits are replaced.

Known Issues:

There is a very low chance of BGM playback issues (specifically, after the leader screen BGM finishes, the world background music may not play, or may play a BGM from the wrong era, causing overlapping music – observed only once).

Collaboration / Assistance Needed:

Localization into other languages (including English – the English descriptions and text may contain machine translation and inappropriate expressions).
