Assistant Manager

Build dedicated Assistant Manager Offices, hire Assistant Managers, and delegate office work without replacing the Producer.

This mod requires IM Harmony.

• Build up to two Assistant Manager Offices.
• Hire up to two Assistant Managers at Novice, Professional, and Expert levels.
• Assistant Managers can handle eligible office work independently of the Producer.
• Auditions are protected from overlap: an Assistant Manager cannot start an audition while the Producer or another Assistant Manager is already conducting one.
• Supports Idol Career Diary integration, including credited Assistant Manager entries and portraits.
• Language support: English, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Brazilian Portuguese.

You can replace the Assistant Manager portrait with custom PNG files.

Find the installed mod folder, likely at this location:

Place your portrait files in the mod’s

folder. Use the same dimensions and transparency requirements as portraits for Unique Idol mods.

Supported filenames:

• AssistantManager_Male.png
• AssistantManager_Female.png

optional Professional portraits:

• AssistantManager_Male_Pro.png
• AssistantManager_Female_Pro.png

If a Pro portrait is not present, the normal Male/Female portrait is used instead.

• Maximum: two Assistant Manager Office buildings.
• Maximum: two Assistant Manager staff members.
• To fire an Assistant Manager, first remove them from their assigned office. Then open the staff-list context menu and fire them normally.
