Total Air Superiority
Scenario:
The PALA have have created a Peace Treaty over the Ignus Archipelago with the BDF to allow trade and civilian life to prosper, the treaty outlined that all military Airbases, Radar systems and major military points of interests be shut down. However the PALA created the Treaty as a way to weaken and strike the BDF.
To keep up appearences the PALA have taken down Airbases and taken down Stratolance and Radar systems but have kept the majority of their Anti-Air online on Harmony Sands and basic rearming supplies and a radar station on Feldspar Airport. The BDF, suspecting foul play, has not fully disabled their Anti-Air system over their last Airbase, Ashwood Airbase, and have kept their annex carrier on stand by should the Airbase fall.
This is a low tier, kinda boring mission mainly focused on air battles, there are no stationary long range Anti-Air launchers on the map and larger Aircraft are banned, allowing players flexibility and breathing room for long range BVR assaults and respectable close range dogfights between Aircraft. PALA has the Harmony Sands Airbase in the top left of the map and the BDF has the Ashwood Airbase in the bottom right of the map. It does take a while to fly between the two Airbases so the Feldspar Airport is a netural Airport that can be taken to make a resupply and spawn point closer to the enemy, it also has the only working radar station, making it a very advantagous place to control however there are no Anti-Air stationed at the Airport, requiring you to manually place Hexhound SAM’s with the Ibis or have someone watch over it. After an Airbase has been destroyed that faction will call in their carrier as a last ditch effort, the carrier is only escorted with one shard. The PALA is designed to have the advantage here but both factions remain playable, so you can play as the BDF if you want some difficulty.
