Resource Production Skill Changes

Hey all,

A mod request from discord to change some of the production buildings to have a better matching skill set.

List below:
Apiary – Crafting/Crafting to Animal Handling/Animal

Butchery Bench/Rack – Crafting/Crafting to Animal Handling/Animal

Drying Rack – Crafting/Crafting to Animal Handling/Animal Handling

Mixing Bucket – Crafting/Farming to Farming/Farming

Tanning Rack – Crafting/Crafting to Animal Handling/Animal

Thresher – Crafting/Crafting to Farming/Farming

Windmill – Crafting/Crafting to Farming/Farming
