"Step right up in the 1930s as a mysterious carnival invites you over for non-stop fun and excitement! Watch in awe and despair as toys and cards indulge you in their malicious trickery! Witness that and more in the big top’s greatest show yet!"

A stage based on the 14th world of PvZ2: Reflourished, a mod for Plants vs. Zombies 2.
This stage starts out completely flat. Tarot cards will spawn on the floor in semi-random positions as the match progresses, and can be activated to create platforms!

In the stage’s aether form, the tarot cards will send out magic projectiles, which can give your opponents various status effects.

Sun Status
  • The affected opponent will drop 2 sun for every 1% gained, in increments of 5. (creative liberty, for gameplay’s sake)
  • On defeat or status override, the affected opponent will also drop 100 sun.
  • This status effect lasts for 22 seconds.
  • This status effect gets transferred when parried.
  • Players can spend 100 sun to instantly charge a strong attack.

Plant Food Status
  • On defeat or status override, the affected opponent will drop plant food.
  • This status effect lasts for 12 seconds.
  • A player with plant food can perform a super ability that shoots out 5 strong projectiles, or a final smash if the character has compatibility with the Final Smash Buddy.

Iceberg Status
  • The affected opponent will be frozen in place for 5 seconds.
  • When attacked out of a frozen state, the affected opponent will be chilled, moving slower while in hitstun.
  • This status effect lasts for 15 seconds or until the opponent is no longer in hitstun.

Shield Status
  • The affected opponent will be invincible.
  • This status effect goes away when parried.
  • This status effect lasts for 10 seconds.

Carnie Status
  • The affected opponent becomes lighter, with a knockback multiplier of 1.4.
  • The affected opponent will be given a timer of a length relative to their initial percentage.
  • This status effect overrides other status effects when applied.
  • This status effect goes away when parried.

Bucket Status
  • The affected opponent becomes heavier, with a knockback multiplier of 0.7.
  • The affected opponent gains armor that can absorb damage up to 30%.
  • This status effect lasts until the armor has depleted.
  • This status effect overrides other status effects when applied.
  • This status effect goes away when parried.

Grinderbox Status
  • The affected opponent becomes heavier, with a knockback multiplier of 0.7.
  • The affected opponent gains armor that can absorb damage up to 50%.
  • This status effect lasts until the armor has depleted, in which a mechanical monkey will spawn that will try to attack any nearby player.
  • This status effect overrides other status effects when applied.
  • This status effect goes away when parried.

Mirror Status
  • The affected opponent passively reflects projectiles, including tarot card magic.
  • The affected opponent does not gain armor, but this status effect will deplete after taking 30%.
  • This status effect overrides other status effects when applied.
  • This status effect goes away when parried.

Flag Status
  • The affected opponent gains a stock, with the caveat of their percentage persisting after respawn.
  • This status effect overrides other status effects when applied, but cannot be overridden.
