hello neighbor subscribe UI
this adds the hello neighbor subscribe thing to gmod.
it shows up when: you die, you kill or just sometimes.
use "hnsub_settings" to change settings from a poorly made panel.
hnsub_enabled <0/1> – Enable/disable notifications.
hnsub_anchor <bottomleft/bottomright> – Set screen corner for animation.
hnsub_sizemode <frac/px> – Size mode: fraction of screen or pixels.
hnsub_w_frac <0.01–1.0> – Width fraction for ‘frac’ mode.
hnsub_h_frac <0.01–1.0> – Height fraction for ‘frac’ mode.
hnsub_w_px <number> – Pixel width for ‘px’ mode.
hnsub_h_px <number> – Pixel height for ‘px’ mode.
hnsub_soundcd <0/1> – Enable/disable sound cooldown (0.5s).
hnsub_reset – Reset all settings to defaults.
hnsub_help – Show this help.
