hidden black mesa npcs
with black mesa support being added. so were some npcs. not all. just a few. their just combine and citizen reskins anyway. but they are technically different npcs.
updated medic healing, added hecu squads (using default squad system) and barney helmet now have bullet proof stuff. and medics will heal combine soldiers
All this does is add them to the spawnmenu and some Lua code to make then functional (medic and hev zombie)
