This is a mod made for English players. The load order does not matter.
This mod allows you to recruit talented characters from your vassals or send your own to them.
In the court panel, selecting a faction leader will display an action button that lets you bring talent from a vassal state.
In the court panel, selecting a character will display an action button that lets you send that character to a vassal state.
