Adds a decorative flagpole with an animated faction-colored banner.
The flagpole is purely visual and can be customized through the config file, including pole size, lighting, shadows, and banner movement,etc…
Important Note: This mod adds a new decoration entry, so it is recommended for new games. Existing saves may crash because the game checks the room/decoration list when loading.
