Combine Occupation
The Combine, a transdimensional alien empire, have managed to take over all of earth in 7 hours, they have appointed you as administrator of earth giving you the responsibility of pacifying the remaining population of earth.
However just because the governments of earth have surrendered does not mean the people have.
"Anti-Citizens" (the name given by the combine to insurgents) are rampants in remote areas outside combine control.
My first scenario so apologies if its unbalanced, should be beatable on brutal/mega brutal, there are 2 super powerful secret initiatives, based on Half Life 2 if you didnt know already
