Military Faction (Vehicles and Stationary Weapons)
A complementary mod for my other mod titled "Military Faction" (Not requiered to download); it consists of the following aerial and land vehicles as well as stationary armaments (I remind you that in order to use any kind of units included in "faction" mods, it is recommended to copy, paste , save as a new contraption, and or move the needed unit(s)).
Also before i begin it would be much MUCH appreciated and would help me a lot if you give this contraption a thumb up, put it in your favorites, and/or share it, thank you in advance:
–HMG position:
A rapid firing heavy machinegun protected by armored plates.
–Artillery cannon (Blunt):
A simplistic artillery device using a propellant to shoot a round projectile at high speed; effective against small groups of lightly to mediumly armored infantery, single heavy infantery targets such as androids, oversized gorses, or more common threats like SCP-096 (well this won’t kill him but at least it will give you a few more seconds to live…) and light fortifications/vehicles
Change stervo angle and use laser sight to aim, shoot and adjust elevation between each shot.
Shoot by pressing the small metal rod in front of the pilot seat.
Reload by copy/pasting and moving the shell already present in the spawned contraption.
–Artillery cannon (HE):
Uses a military grade pulse drum to shoot a High Explosive (HE) Shell at various speeds; effective against large groups of infantery of all armor grades, and light to medium fortifications/vehicles.
Use lever/resistor to change the pulse drum’s power,
and change stervo angle and use laser sight to aim, shoot and adjust elevation between each shot.
Shoot by pressing the small metal rod in front of the pilot seat.
Reload by copy/pasting and moving the shell already present in the spawned contraption.
–Artillery cannon (120mm AP):
Shoots a 120mm Armor-Piercing shell, as the name implies, effective against light/medium tanks and other vehicles such as APCs, and heavy/armored fortifications. Also shreds throught infantery like butter.
Change stervo angle and use laser sight to aim, shoot and adjust elevation between each shot.
Shoot by pressing the small metal rod in front of the pilot seat.
–S.A.M site:
A Surface to Air Missile (S.A.M) position (well sort of since it is also able to hit things on the ground so the more accurate term would be "Surface to Surface and Air Missile", effective against slow/low flying aircraft, and pretty much any other ground threat…
Change stervo angle and use laser sight to lock on target (wait for the beeping noise) aim, shoot and adjust elevation between each shot.
Shoot by pressing the red button on the launching console, precautiously positioned away from the launcher to protect against the inexistant backblast (because People Playground).
–M20 Armored Light Vehicle:
A lighly armored infantery support vehicle armed with a 30mm armor piercing autocannon equipped with People playground’s military the latest advanced targeting system, and a simple M249 SAW Machinegun. It has sloped renforced bullet and projectile resistant frontal armor allowing him to easily bounce off other small shells as long as they have a lower caliber than 25mm, it’s howerver highly vulnerable in the back since it only has regular steel plating
, making it succeptible even to a simple Heavy Machinegun at close range, important to keep this weakness in mind when fighing or using one of those things.
Vehicle Controls:
-Middle metal rod (pedal) = Move foward
-upper small metal rod = Change moving direction
-Uppest small metal rod = Activate speed boost
-Metal rod on top/inside the vehicle = open/close hatch
-Small metal rod on the left = lock/unlock hatch
Autocannon Controls:
-Large metal rod in the back of the vehicle = Activate advanced targeting and control system
-"O" key = move the cannon up
-"L" key = move the cannon down
-"K" key = shoot
Change stervo angle to aim and shoot machinegun.
For other more trivial features such as headlights, just follow the propagation wires and see where they lead to.
–AB28 Bomber aircraft:
First things first, don’t mind the drunk technician who breaks his arm each time you spawn the vehicle.
After that out of the way, it’s the only currently available aerial vehicle in this faction, as the name implies, engages ground targets dropping HE air stabilized bombs. As it isn’t meant for ground combat, it has very little armor, but still, is just in case equipped with a M249 SAW LMG. To start the vehicle press the metal rod in front of the pilot seat,
Vehicle Controls:
-"O" key = Move up
-"L" key = Move down
-"M" key = Move right
-"K" key = Move left
-"P" key = Shoot LMG
-"Numpad 1, 2 and 3" keys = Drop bombs in respective order
(WARNING: make sure to drop the bombs in order from 1 to 3, mixing the droping order may cause unwanted explosions; People Playground Armaments and Weapons. Co is not responsible for consequences of misuse of our products such as severe internal and external bleeding, bone fractures, sever burn wounds, literal pulverisation of internal organs, or any of the above at the same time)
–M52 "Jonatanson" Heavy Tank:
A beast of steel waiting to be let loose on the battlefield, like an enraged hellhound waiting to be released from its chains, or like Cyberpunk 2077 waiting to be released to fill the hearts of its loving preordering fans with a delicate mix of salt, cancer, all in a jarate jar (O O F, that’s a joke). It is armed with a ferocious 260mm cannon firing massive APCR shells as main armament, a modified M249 machinegun with increased firerate, and a Heavy Machinegun. This tank is essentially used as a "mobile fortress", to act as a strong area denial unit for infantery and light vehicles, wich explains it’s high profile, as well as combat with other tanks, thanks to it’s almost inpenetrable armor and giant cannon. It’s crew is composed of a Machinegunner, a Driver, an Artilleryman/gunner, a loader, and a tank commander. The tank is "somewhat" vulnerable in the back since it has slightly less armor, and is the spot where the fuel tank is located, but luckly , the crew is issued a conviniently placed extinguisher.
For the controls, i will have to get a little vague and use specific terms normally unexistant in People Playground, so i recommand you for certain functions to just follow the propagation wires and deduct what is the rod or specific trigger meant for.
Vehicle Controls:
-Upper square-like "button" in front of the driver seat = Headlights
-middle "lever" in front of the driver seat = Move foward
-Down "lever" in front of the driver seat = Change moving direction
-Left small metal rod in front of the gunner seat = Cannon headlights
-Middle metal rod in front of the gunner seat = Shoot LMG
-Right metal rod in front of the gunner seat = Shoot Cannon
The controls for the Hatch are the same as for the M20 APC/Light Vehicle, and needless to say that to change the cannon’s rotation angle, you have to use the stervo.
