This mod replaces the C Section fetuses with Aqua from DELTARUNE CHAPTER 5
Nothing else to it, i just thought it’d be silly

It would be really silly and cute for her to keep her ribbon, but the sprite’s too big for that unfortunately. It might not be a problem, but I’m following the original sprite’s size so that it wouldn’t bug out or something, so i had to cut some corners (literally)
