[WOTC] Cannot Crit These Units
Description
This mod adds an ability which gives -200% chance to crit on selected units. Grabbed the ability from New Chosen Traits by HoneyTheBear.
Defaults units are Chosen and Avatar. You can remove those and/or add more using XComRepurposeAbilities.ini
Compatibility
It should be compatible with everything. As the ability is from New Chosen Traits

Note
If using New Chosen Traits, I strongly suggest you comment the Strength called ChosenBalanced from XComGameData.ini.
