SchedulePerfect – Smart Autofilling

Tired of spending 20 minutes manually moving employees between shifts every
time you open a new business or hire someone new?

SchedulePerfect solves that with a smarter scheduling engine built around one
goal: full coverage across every business you own, automatically.

— WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT —

Most manual scheduling is done business by business, shift by shift. The
problem? Your employees are not isolated. A worker who closes one business
can open another across town. SchedulePerfect sees your entire workforce as
a single connected network and builds schedules that account for overlap,
gaps, and role requirements all at once.

It does not just fill shifts. It thinks about which employee fits which role
best, and makes sure no business is left understaffed when the right person
is already available.

— THE ALGORITHM —

Smart Grouping:
Instead of scheduling each business independently, SchedulePerfect groups
businesses that share employees into clusters and solves each cluster
together. Workers shared between two businesses are scheduled so their hours
make sense across both, not just one. This is the core difference between
SchedulePerfect and any other scheduling approach.

Fill Unstaffed Roles:
If a shift has an open slot and there is a qualified employee available,
SchedulePerfect fills it. No empty roles left behind.

Prioritize Skilled Staff:
When multiple employees can fill a role, the one with higher relevant skill
gets the assignment first. Managers manage, cleaners clean.

Skip if Already Perfect:
If a business already has full coverage and no gaps, SchedulePerfect leaves
it alone. Fast and non-destructive.

— KEY FEATURES —

Automatic Integration:
SchedulePerfect hooks directly into the game’s scheduling system. Use
scheduling exactly as you always have, SchedulePerfect replaces the logic
behind the scenes with its smarter algorithm. No new buttons, no extra steps.

Phone App:
Fully integrated as a phone application. Access it from your home screen at
any time to configure the mod and check the result of the last schedule run.

Per-Setting Toggles:
Enable or disable Smart Grouping, unstaffed fill, skill priority, and the
perfect-skip check individually. Run it lean or run it complete, your choice.

Result Feedback:
The app shows how many assignments were made the last time scheduling ran and
whether it completed successfully.

Non-Destructive:
SchedulePerfect only adds or adjusts assignments. It does not wipe your
existing schedule before running.

— REQUIREMENT —

SchedulePerfect requires Aluna Phone Pages to function.

The phone app integration is built on top of Aluna Phone Pages, which
provides the framework that allows mods to add custom apps to your in-game
phone. You must have it installed and enabled for SchedulePerfect to appear
on your home screen.

— HOW TO USE —

1. Install Aluna Phone Pages (required).
2. Load your save.
3. Open your phone and tap SchedulePerfect.
4. Make sure Enable Mod is on.
5. Adjust the four options to your preference (all on by default).
6. Use auto scheduling in the game as you normally would. SchedulePerfect runs
automatically in the background.
7. Check the app to see the result of the last schedule run.
