Tracking Radar SDamp XYZ Converter MC MAX
This is the Tracking Radar SDamp Max, a more advanced long range radar for rather SLOW MOVING targets.
The Max version now features a bigger sensor for faster targets and easier target locking by using intuitive mouse aiming instead of manual movement. It also comes with movement acceleration logic for adaptive sensor speed.

The radar will provide damped X,Y,Z-target coordinates by outputting them through the three green number displays AND player channels 29, 30, 31.
Latitude – top green number display / (player-channel 29)
Longitude – middle green number display / (player-channel 30)
Altitude – bottom green number display / (player-channel 31)
Trigger weapons on another vehicle – player-channel 0
No target found – player channel 1 (this outputs 1 if the radar does not send coordinates)
The radar does not search for targets itself! It will track any blocks in front of it. You will need to select your target yourself by pointing the radar towards it.
The radar works perfectly right out of the box with my "Helix LPMT Missile Base" or "Helix SSMT Missile Base". Consider trying it out or building your own gps guided missile!
For advanced use:
You can tune the radar to different tracking sensitivities and control how much the output gets damped by using the orange logic gates.
Control radar tracking sensitivity – left orange logic gate (control panel sticker)
Control the output damping – right orange logic gate (recycle sticker) – change accumulator scale setting.
The movement acceleration can be configured by the purple logic gates:
The accumulator scale influences how fast the target speed gets adapted.
The arithmetic blocks on the left scale how fast the movement adaptor slows down in case its too fast for the target.
It is possible to output the current damped target distance by multiplying the right orange logic gate (accumulator) output by 10.
