GE U18C Class CC 201 Locomotive [Remake]
Throughout 1950s to 1970s, the Indonesian State Railway (PJKA) was in the effort of modernising its fleet and retiring existing steam locomotives from the main lines, predominantly ex-Dutch Colonial era units. The Indonesian Railway had brought hundreds of both Diesel-Electric and Diesel-Hydraulic locomotives but performances are not satisfying enough due to their rather low specification. GE U18C (along with U18A1A) was brought to Indonesia in waves from 1977 to 1992. Throughout its career, U18C or CC201 has become the most succesful locomotive in the Indonesian Railway history, and has had run on almost every single lines. For how numerous these units are, many of them appears in, not only in colour, but also distinct shape and form.
This mod sought to remaster the existing U18C CC 201 mod by Halzet and Daffarifky to be more detailed and accurate, though there are still a lot of inaccuracies due to my limited 3D Modeling skills.
