Diwang Tower
s深圳地王大厦位于广东省深圳市罗湖区，又称信兴广场深圳地王商业大厦，建筑方案由美国华人建筑设计师张国言设计， 是一座集办公、商业于一体的超高层综合性建筑组群，是中国20世纪90年代初的重点工程。大厦于1996年3月竣工，是深圳特区20世纪90年代中期耸立起来的一座重要标志性建筑，也是当时中国最高的建筑物。
“地王”之名，来源于其得天独厚的地理位置：该地段处于深圳深南东路、宝安南路与解放中路交汇的黄金三角地带，被地产界誉为投资的地中之王 。大厦高69层，总高度383.95米，实高324.8米，主题性观光项目“深港之窗”，坐落在巍峨挺拔的地王大厦顶层，是亚洲第一个高层主题性观光游览项目。在此可以俯览深圳市容，远眺香港市容。

Located in the Luohu District of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the Diwang Tower (also known as Shun Hing Square) is an iconic ultra-high-rise complex. Designed by the renowned Chinese-American architect K.Y. Cheung, it stands as a masterpiece of 20th-century skyscraper engineering and was a national key project during China’s rapid development in the early 1990s.
Completed in March 1996, it was the tallest building in China at the time. Its nickname, "Diwang" (King of Land), stems from its prestigious location at the "Golden Triangle" of Shennan East Road, Bao’an South Road, and Jiefang Road—a site hailed by developers as the "King of Investment Plots."
Standing 69 stories high with a total height of 383.95 meters (structural height 324.8m), the tower features the "Window of Shenzhen & Hong Kong" on its top floor. As Asia’s first high-altitude themed sightseeing project, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the bustling Shenzhen cityscape and the distant horizon of Hong Kong.
