Golem (Terraria) [Ragdoll]
Golem, the guardian of the jungle temple.
Detailed notes are in the SFM version. As before, I’m clearing out my backlog of models.
-Mostly feature complete, though I had to cut a corner or two during the transition to GMod(bone limits).
-Unlike my normal models, this one features a lot of normal mapping to get that nice looking bricky-texture. It’s bloated the complexity and file size, but it’s probably fine. Just don’t spawn 20 of them.
-You’ll have to use the edit bones method to move the jaw open and closed.
-I limited his neck movement, mainly because the 90 degree turns of a 2D sprite don’t translate well in 3D.
-The fist chains are… unwieldy at times. I don’t think Source Engine responds well to a realistic chain rig. Handle with care.
-Change the skin to toggle the glowing runes on his body.
