FLAVOR TIME! Over 110 events to go with technological progress that highlight areas where maybe technology was taking a nap or a side trip or having to fix something it overlooked. These are all based on actual events in the time period and written to apply to any nation that is at the forefront of research. If you are playing as a smaller or less advanced nation, you might want to not have this mod on.
As it is, it’s written to provide flavor while also encouraging the player nation to research all the techs in a tier before going to the next one. Sort of a "beelining limiter". Master of Grey’s Populism Innovation mod is one I’m looking at for limiting tech spread overall, and it does play well with this mod.
So, if you want to see Mr. Crowley or Phrenology in your Vicky 3 game, this is the mod you want to use!
