[WOTC] Forest Speyer – Resident Evil 1 Remake
Since serving in the United States Army, Speyer has been known as an excellent marksman and a perfectionist in his work, being highly regarded by his colleagues for being a young man full of life and able to do whatever was necessary to fulfill his mission. He was also a close friend of Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine before either of them joined the Special Tactics And Rescue Service.
Because of his particularly strong bond with Chris, both always vied for the Raccoon Police Department’s best sniper awards when they were off duty. He was also close to Joseph Frost, and together with Redfield, the three used to go drunkenly tearing around the suburbs of Raccoon City, causing minor disturbances before returning home.
