OICW & Tau Cannon

This Weapon pack is designed to be a vanilla addon to base Gmod
what that means is that its pretty much if Valve readded cut weapons into the live game with the polish and care that the original HL2 weapons get
It includes:
2 New weapons with c_hands
Default base HL2 weapon icons
Npc support for the OICW
Spawning with them if sbox_weapons is set to 1
The most accurate recreation of the cut Tau Cannon using the Jeep version
