This mod adds Marisa Kirisame as a playable character to Slay the Spire 2.
The character is balanced around the power level of the base game cast. While preserving Marisa’s signature high-damage, high-skill playstyle and her classic Charge and Amplify mechanics, this remake reworks parts of the original mod and introduces brand-new mechanics and cards designed specifically for Slay the Spire 2.
- 88 collectible cards (matching the card count of the base game characters)
- 2 character-exclusive Ancient cards
- 1 multiplayer-exclusive uncommon card
- 1 multiplayer-exclusive rare card
- Additional generated cards, Status cards, and Event cards
- 10 new relics, including 2 event relics
- 3 character-exclusive potions
To better fit the gameplay and combat environment of Slay the Spire 2, several parts of the original mod have been redesigned.
- Around 11 existing cards have been reworked
- 13 brand-new cards have been added
- Introduces Starlight, a new temporary card enchantment system used during combat
Planned Updates
- Improve the visual presentation of Amplify effects (DONE)
- Redraw artwork for selected legacy cards
- Update the character selection artwork
- Remake the battle, campfire, and merchant models
- Add more card visual effects
- Continue gameplay balance and quality-of-life improvements
