All Region Links
Removes all randomization from region links. All regions that can be linked, will be linked.
You can now fly from Texas to Mexico if you were lucky enough to get a Southern US HQ.
This mod will only effect new games. I may update it to modify existing saves in the future if there is interest, but didn’t want to go that far until I can thoroughly test it.
