Better OGAS for tech&res [1.13.9]
Full economy automation for Techs and Resources (tech&res). Every feature is a checkbox in the journal. New campaigns wait out the first 30 days while markets settle (announced by an in-game popup).
- Profit-ranked auto-expansion — per-level profit ranking, one level per pick; a building only re-qualifies once hiring has caught up
- Auto-founding of new building types — tech, resources and available workforce verified, payback-gated
- Construction sector investment — sized by weekly surplus (weekly commits for rich economies, up to 10 in flight); capped at 2 while construction materials run deeper than 2x demand/supply, so materials recover first
- Materials lane — when construction inputs (wood, fabric, iron, tools, glass…) run deep, their producers are force-queued weekly with priority; shortage depth is read from market order imbalance where the price cap hides it (x2/x4 ranking boost)
- Category checkboxes — war industry (off by default) / industry / agriculture / resource extraction, classified from the game’s native building groups
- Auto railways, and government administrations built ahead of bureaucracy deficits (buffer-based)
- Auto-upgrade / balance / workforce managers — full tech&res tech tree, ownership and patronage PMs untouched
- Wage-aware automation — automation adoption judged against per-state wage levels, with a built-in measured-wage channel reading actually paid wages from the game gauges (status shown in the journal)
- Open Privatization — auto-enables the sale switch on civilian state buildings; the investment pool buys in, proceeds go to the treasury
- Withdraw Privatization — retracts standing sale offers (stops sales, does not nationalize); mutually exclusive with the opener
- Auto-Nationalize War Industry — gradually buys back private shares of military-goods buildings while the treasury can afford it
- Trade center manager — while not isolationist, expands the trade center earning over £10 per level per week (one in flight) and founds one if the country has none; rests automatically while trade is thin
- Self-Sufficiency Mode — subjects and bloc members plan construction at own-market prices before independence, with auto-subsidies for strategic loss-makers
- Self-healing — withdraws queued sector expansions when finances turn, and cuts stale orders: tech-orphaned, category-forbidden, or chronically loss-making buildings
- Auto-downsize (off by default) — demolishes one level per two weeks only for chronic loss-makers with depleted, falling cash reserves; subsidize to protect
- Victoria 3 1.13.9 / Techs and Resources — load this mod below tech&res
Fully localized: English, Korean, Simplified Chinese. Other languages carry the original OGAS text only.
- The Great Revision — fully supported and play-tested; this mod’s economic model was built against the tech&res + TGR combination. Works identically with or without TGR (load order: TGR → tech&res → this mod).
- Adds no new map, states or buildings of its own — save-game compatible to add; removing mid-save resets its journal panels only.
The Great Revision(TGR)
完全兼容 The Great Revision——有无TGR均可正常工作(加载顺序:TGR → tech&res → 本模组)。
