Great Wall Free Placement
1. Great walls do not need to be placed near border.
2. Can be placed outside of border.
3. Can be placed on woods without overwriting it.
4. Can be placed on flooded plains.
5. Can be placed on non-volcanic mountains.
6. Is now built into adjacent tiles rather than the builder’s tile, in order to make it possible to be built on mountains.
This is a modified version of a Great Wall mod which does little more than just the free placement.
