This mod adds two new technology-related diplomatic actions.
Spread Technology
When relations between our country and the target country are at least Amicable, and our country possesses technologies that the target country has not yet discovered, we can spread technology to the target country.
Steal Technology
When relations between our country and the target country are Poor or worse, and the target country possesses technologies that our country has not yet discovered, we can steal technology from the target country.
Technology spreading and technology theft can be carried out at the same time, but multiple projects of the same type cannot be conducted simultaneously. Projects can be interrupted. The mod currently supports all technologies available in the base game.
