War Without Declaration
Added a decision that can be enabled or disabled at any time: War Without Declaration
Once enabled, any Diplomatic Play initiated by the player’s country will immediately turn into a war as soon as it is created, without waiting for the Diplomatic Play to progress. This applies to both vanilla Diplomatic Plays and those added by other mods. As a consequence, the country will permanently suffer +10% Infamy Generation until this status is disabled.
