Coringa’s Better Council
This mod make the actions from de council get done fasters if the counselor have better stats or some good tratis like genius or strong, but if he had some bad traits it will take longer, so choose yours counselor better.
*Be aware that still a work in pogress, so there will be bugs and undone things.
