This mod simply doubles all garrison units in Total War: Attila

Every settlement now has twice the defenders it did before. This makes it harder to steamroll across the map, and means you will have to fight more manual battles and less boring autoresolves every time you come to settlement. It also means your own settlements will be better protected, so you won’t need an army everywhere you want to protect.

The game limits Garrisons to 20 units, so if there are more than 20 Garrison units available, the game will usually pick whichever ones come first. This can sometimes result in archer heavy garrisons, or lots of spearmen, but regardless it’s still a bigger garrison then without this mod.

It’s save game compatible, it will take effect the next turn, and the Garrisons will take a few turns to get up to full strength.
